Liquid Death, more known for its thirst-killing mountain water and very dark humor, is now diving head-first into unchartered waters of animation with The Adventures of Murder Man. The toon paints a more vivid picture of the brand’s already beloved, yet feared, villain of a mascot.
For this project, Liquid Death partnered with animation powerhouse Titmouse (creators of Big Mouth and the Oscar-nominated Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse) and Will Carsola, co-creator of Adult Swim’s infamous Mr. Pickles. Carsola is not only directing, but he’s also lending his voice to the series, alongside a talented cast including Stew Herrera, Miatta Lebile, Jill Jilbertson, and Dave Stewart.
Murder Man, a mysterious vigilante with a rather unsettling combination of eyeballs for nipples and an aluminum can for a head, is known for his brutal methods. He wreaks havoc with his bloodstained battle ax, but don’t be fooled—he’s here to “murder thirsts,” not innocent bystanders.
The rather disturbing trailer depicts a darkly comedic exploration of the character’s origin story. We see him transformed from a seemingly ordinary family man working to make ends meet into a weapon-wielding killer by the nefarious CEO of Liquid Death. Before he was Murder Man, he was murdered.

Behind the scenes, Robbee Jones and Riley Riggen serve as producers, with Mike Cessario, Will Carsola, Chris Prynoski, Shannon Prynoski, Ben Kalina, and Antonio Canobbio as executive producers.
Alas, the animation is just a mirage for now, and there’s only a trailer. Viewers are thus encouraged to name their desired streaming platform to potentially air the first season of The Adventures of Murder Man under Liquid Death’s Instagram post.
